Located in Toronto’s Rosedale-Moore Park neighbourhood, this project breathes new life into a dated condo within a mid-century building, transforming a 20-year-old renovation into a bright and inviting retreat. Highlights include updated spaces like the kitchen, primary bedroom, ensuite, office, and powder room — all crafted to reflect the tastes of the design enthusiasts who live here.
The redesigned kitchen, with its rich walnut cabinetry and white stone surfaces, creates a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance that anchors the home. In the primary bedroom, custom millwork and a unique mural-wrapped wall with sculptural white clay forms introduce layers of texture and artistry. Murals by Belarte Studio continue into the office and powder room, where Japandi-inspired whitewashed oak woodcarvings offer a calming, nature-infused simplicity.
Throughout the home, the homeowners’ curated collection of mid-century furnishings and lighting imbues the space with personality and timeless appeal, blending beauty and functionality for a residence perfectly tailored to their lifestyle.
